I might move to canada in 2015.
Im concerned as Interior design is not even an option in canadian universities.

Interior design is also a valid (and fairly well paid) career in the UK. At the time of writing there are 26 Interior Design Jobs available on the design week website: http://jobs.designweek.co.uk/searchjobs/?keyword=%22interior+design%22&keywordlogic=40&btnSubmit=Search. As you can see these jobs are varied and show a clear career path for interior designs with jobs ranging from junior planners to technicians to planners to senior managers.
